RAILWORLD PETERBOROUGH

EPS were commissioned to undertake an expedited Phase I & II Environmental and Flood Risk Assessment as part of the pre-planning feasibility study for a 400-500 unit residential development of a brownfield site on the banks of the River Nene in Peterborough City Centre. The aim of the initial assessment was to identify any significant issues which could be prohibitive to the preliminary scheme and to provide ball park cost estimates for remedial works likely to be required to enable safe development.
