Geotechnical Investigation & Design
EPS undertake geotechnical ground investigation works, both on a stand alone basis and in tandem with environmental assessments. These are always tailored to suit the development site and our client’s needs to ensure both an appropriate and cost effective investigation is performed.
Should there be a risk of difficult ground conditions, we will advise on suitable terms of investigation required to provide information for use in design and construction of the proposed scheme.
EPS will provide both factual and interpretive reports detailing the ground conditions and solutions for foundations, floor slab construction, pavement and drainage design.
