A phased approach

EPS takes a phased approach to geotechnical ground investigation, environmental assessment and remediation, using pre-defined Environment Agency standards, codes of practice and conceptual modelling to develop a contaminated land assessment and recovery plan.

Our considerable experience of dealing with planning regulators and local authorities, operating across a huge variety of sites including petrol filling stations, fuels storage depots, military complexes, landfills and domestic properties, as well as industrial and commercial properties, enables us to tailor our services to each organisation, business and individual.

The phased approach includes an initial desk study, which is often all that is needed, site investigation,  risk assessment, remediation and validation to solve any potential pollution issue expediently and cost effectively as well as geotechnical investigation and design to allow the scheme to be fully designed.

We also help our clients with regulatory monitoring and compliance, CSR, environmental audits and due diligence to help minimise financial and legal liability.
